Terms

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we despatch the goods, not when you check out — which matters if something sells out between the two, or if you pay by a method that settles later.

Prices are in US dollars and shown before tax where tax applies. We take payment through Stripe. If a price is obviously wrong we will tell you before despatching and you can confirm or cancel.

We hold your items while you complete checkout, not indefinitely. If you pay by a method that settles after that hold has lapsed and the last one has sold in the meantime, we will cancel and refund in full rather than make you wait on a restock you did not agree to.

We despatch as soon as we can and will send tracking where the carrier provides it. Delivery estimates are estimates; once a parcel is with a carrier its progress is not something we control.

We publish garment measurements per size because that is more useful than a size label. Colours are photographed as accurately as we can manage and will still vary between screens.

We are responsible for getting you what you ordered, in the condition described. We are not responsible for losses beyond that which we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects your statutory rights.
